NOTE: Oak is extremely dense & slow burning. The fire needs to be very hot prior to using Oak and is therefore recommended to be used with a mix of other woods or coal - not on it's own to start with unless you're an experienced fire starter!

Great speedy service, best quality wood, so delighted with this company, very friendly as well as very informative.
I have been using the beech and oak log nets on my open fire for most of the winter. The oak logs give a longer burning time and great warmth while the birch are great to start fire as they burn easier.
My preference is the oak logs over all. Will continue to get these.
