We've Moved! Introducing Our New Warehouse (And Why It Means You'll Never Run Out)

Big news for Kiln Dried Logs Jersey — we've moved into a brand new warehouse, and it's a genuine step up that means better service for you, our customers, all year round.

A little secret from last season

Here's something most of our customers never knew — throughout our first full winter, every single order was kept warm and dry out of our garage at home. It worked, and not a single customer went without their logs, but it was tight. Stock levels needed careful management, deliveries were planned around what would physically fit, and there were more than a few evenings spent restacking nets just to make room for the next day's orders.

If you ordered from us last winter, your logs almost certainly came from that garage. We just never mentioned it at the time.

Why we've outgrown it

Demand grew faster than expected in our first year — which is brilliant, but it meant we needed proper storage capacity to match. A garage works for a startup finding its feet, but it's not the long-term answer for a business aiming to be Jersey's go-to kiln dried log supplier.

What the new warehouse means for you

Significantly more storage capacity

We can now hold far greater stock levels across ash, birch and oak, meaning we're better positioned to handle demand spikes and keep supply steady right through the busiest parts of the winter — no more careful rationing or tight squeezes to fit everything in.

Never running out, even at peak season

With proper storage, we can plan and order stock well ahead of demand, rather than reacting week to week. The goal is simple: nobody waiting longer than necessary for their logs, even during the coldest, busiest stretches of winter.

Collection now available — by appointment

For the first time, collection is now an option if you'd rather pick up your order yourself rather than wait for delivery. Since we're usually out on the road delivering across all 12 parishes, collection is by appointment only — just get in touch to arrange a time that works, and we'll have your order ready and waiting.

• The same personal, local service — still run by me, Andy, just with a bit more room to work with now
