New Service: We'll Stack Your Logs Straight Into Your Log Store

We already deliver and stack your nets exactly where you want them — but we know not everyone wants a pile of nets to deal with afterwards. So we're introducing a new optional service: we'll open the nets and stack the logs directly into your log store for you.

How it works

If you'd like your logs fully stacked into your store rather than left in nets, simply add the Log Stacking Service to your order. It's charged at £12.50 per m3 of logs ordered (20 nets) — so if you're ordering 2m3, that's £25 to have the whole order stacked.

Because this needs to be planned into our delivery schedule, it must be booked at the time of ordering. When you add the service, please use the order note at checkout to let us know your preferred delivery date and any access details, such as gate codes or where your log store is located.

A quick note on availability

During peak season, our delivery schedule fills up fast, and stacking takes considerably longer than a standard drop-off. While we'll always try to accommodate stacking requests, there may be busy periods where we're simply not able to offer it due to workload. If that's the case, we'll let you know when we process your order — the logs themselves will always be delivered and stacked where you want them as usual, just left in the nets rather than loose in your store.

Why we're offering this

A few customers have asked whether we could take the hassle out of restacking after delivery — especially anyone who's less able to do the heavy lifting themselves, or just wants one less job on the to-do list before winter. This felt like a natural way to offer that, without changing anything about our standard free delivery service for everyone else.

How to book

You'll find the Log Stacking Service as an add-on option on our log and bundle product pages. Simply select it, set the quantity to match how many m3 of your order you'd like stacked (e.g. select 2 if you're ordering 2m3), and leave your preferred date and access notes at checkout. We'll confirm the booking when we process your order.
