Introducing Monthly Subscriptions — Never Run Out of Firewood This Winter

We're launching a new way to order: Monthly Subscriptions. Instead of remembering to reorder every few weeks, add the mix of logs, kindling, and firelighters you want to your cart once, and we'll deliver the same order on the same day each month throughout the winter — automatically, until you tell us to stop.

How it works

Simply add your preferred mix of logs, kindling, and firelighters from the Monthly Subscriptions collection to your cart, and we'll deliver next day, then on the same day each following month. No need to re-order — it just keeps arriving at your safe, dry place until you let us know to stop. Delivery dates can be flexible if required, and your monthly quantity can be adjusted during the season too. As a guide, our customers typically use around 10 nets a month, though it varies a lot with burner size, house construction, and how often you're lighting up — order what you think you'll need and adjust as you go.

There's no commitment and no direct debits — we'll simply email an invoice after each delivery.

The longer you stay, the more you save

Subscribers get a growing discount for every consecutive month they order:

• Month 1 — standard price
• Month 2 — 2% off
• Month 3 — 3% off
• Month 4 — 4% off
• Month 5 — 5% off
• Month 6 — 6% off
• End of season offer — 10% off

The discount’s apply to your subscription order and to any additional top-up orders you place in the same month. It requires at least one order every calendar month to keep the run going, and resets each season from 1st May. Note: it doesn't apply to items already in our Deals & Bundles or other sale items.

To get the full discount, pay by BACS, Revolut, cash, or cheque. Card payments are also accepted, with a 2.5% fee added after the discount is applied.

Totally flexible — no minimum term

There's no contract. Start, Pause or cancel anytime, for any reason — just let us know and we'll stop the next delivery. It runs right through the winter season, and you're free to join whenever suits you.

Why we're offering this

A lot of our regular customers order roughly the same amount, roughly every month, through the colder half of the year — this just takes the remembering out of it, and rewards you for sticking with us rather than reordering ad hoc each time. It's the same hardwood, the same free islandwide delivery, the same Woodsure Ready to Burn certified logs — just on autopilot, and cheaper the longer you're with us.
